How do I know if my Kearny Mesa pool is leaking or just evaporating?
Bucket test. Fill a bucket with pool water and sit it on the first step. Mark both levels. After 24-48 hours, if the pool dropped more than the bucket, you have a leak. If they match, it's evaporation.
Can you find leaks without digging up my deck?
Yes, almost always. Electronic detection locates leaks through the deck, so digging only happens once the leak is confirmed and the repair needs access.
