What do Casa de Oro homeowners ask about green pool recovery?
How fast can you clear a green pool in Casa de Oro?
Most light-to-medium green Casa de Oro pools are swimmable in 24 to 48 hours. Severe swamps with black algae or heavy organic debris can take 3 to 5 days. The pro sizes it up before starting.
Can I just shock my green Casa de Oro pool myself?
You can, but it usually doesn't finish the job. Shock without consistent filtration, brushing, and follow-up chemistry reblooms within a week. The whole protocol matters, not just the chemical dump.
Do I need to drain my green pool in Casa de Oro?
Almost never. Even heavily green pools recover with chemical treatment and filtration. Draining is a last resort when stabilizer (CYA) is way too high or physical debris is beyond filtration.
