Common questions

Do you offer after-hours service?

For critical issues (major leaks, safety hazards, power or gas concerns), yes. Most non-critical issues get scheduled first thing the next morning. Call and we'll triage.

Is emergency service more expensive?

The service call fee is slightly higher than regular scheduled work. Parts and labor are at our standard rates. We don't do surprise markups on urgency.

I'm a vacation rental owner. Can you handle short-notice turnovers?

Yes. We have a few vacation rental accounts in Pacific Beach and Oceanside. A quick call and we can usually handle rapid turnover cleanups.
